To Lock: Move stop bar to open position. Press cuff down onto wrist and rotate jaw until it engages ratchet. Move the stop bar to down position, the jaw is then locked.
To Unlock: Move stop bar to upper position, rotate key clockwise. Be careful not to use too much pressure when turning key.
